Extends the contentHolder for CAD Document specifically. Currently navigation of "PrimaryContent" is NOT supported for CAD Documents. Instead user can user "AllPrimaryContents" to fetch PRIMARY as well as MULTI PRIMARY Roles. Supported API: true
