Provides a basic means to extract and format a number field and name field from an object. The information is formated via a resource bundle tag. Uses resource bundle wt.identity.identityResource and primary tagidentityResource.NUMBERNAME plus tag

NUMBERNAME_NUMBER_NULL,
 NUMBERNAME_NAME_NULL, NUMBERNAME_BOTH_NULL

for null value situations.
